Wandsworth Registry Office and Winchester House Club Putney in London were the locations for this wedding of Alan and Eleanor.
I spoke to the couple several weeks before the wedding to discuss in detail how they saw the day going. The couple did not want much fuss. They wanted to keep the group shots down to a minimum (close family, bridal party and one big group shot) and for me to take a step back and let the day flow...Which I like to do.
The day began very early at Wandsworth Registry Office and then it was off to Putney. By the Thames is Winchester House Club the location for the reception.
Winchester House is a Grade II listed at 10 Lower Richmond Road, Putney, London, overlooking the river Thames, which has been a private members club since 1892. According to English Heritage, it was built in the 18th century.
